Yelp filed for an IPO with $58M (+80%) in revenue and a loss of $7.6M. $40M of which is from local ads and $13M from brand ads. The company has 61M (+63% y/y) uniques and relationships with 529,000 SMBs, 19,000 of whom pay the company for services, or 4%.
