I’ve been doing lots of research to determine what leaders in different industry sectors actually do to provide value. One of the quickest ways to do this, I thought, is to read company self-summaries on press releases. There’s a big problem though. Read this:

Mmmhmm. Now I know exactly what Sapient does… The time we all take to read about companies, or to read marketing materials is valuable. We have to stop wasting each other’s time with drivel like this.
